With Kari Schwear

For leadership, pivoting means adjusting quickly and going with the flow, or fighting the ‘new normal’ and struggling to turn a profit. This can either strengthen or dismantle a team if everyone is not onboard from corporate down, creating uncertainty and lack of ownership. In this workshop, takeaways will include:

Identifying the gaps versus the gains (and achieving more gains).

How to electrify the day with Key Performance Habits that ignite and inspire.

Harnessing the power of compressed time - goodbye exhaustion and burnout, hello productivity and positivity!

How to quickly control emotions in less than 30 seconds using neuroscience methods.

Understanding the ultimate customer journey - how we sell is how we serve.
